We are proud to offer three different camp program levels.
All of our program levels include morning feeding, barn chores, animal
and horse/pony education, craft projects, swimming and riding. Each
program's riding level will be varied according to the camper's skill
level at the discretion of the camp counselor or program director.

Basic riding skills: mount, dismount, turning and stopping a horse at
a walk.
Cowpokes

Basic riding skills: mount, dismount, learning to control the horse/pony
at a trot, gaming and obstacle courses in the arena.
Wranglers
For the advanced camper.
Intended for ages 11-16 focusing on specific horse classes,
Riding skills will include all the above as well as trail riding, loping,
relays, bareback, and more intense horse knowledge. Please be aware that your childs age has nothing to do with his or her ability to participate in this camp.
The Wrangler camp is offered strictly for the campers that have had previous riding lessons, participated in our camp or some other equestrian camp in the past several years. This camp is designed for the camper with previous horse/pony experience.
*PLEASE NOTE* Must Pass Skills Test - To minimize any confusion of the ability of your child's riding skills we have designed a mandatory skills assessment test. This test will help us determine at what level your child is at and will be placed accordingly.
Please have a backup date available in mind so that we may offer this week as an alternative if your child is not able to pass a skills test. The skills test is very basic and simple, however is very important, so that we may provide the optimum safe program for all campers that sign up for Wrangler camp.
We are sorry if this is an inconvience for you, however we want to be able to challenge each child as well as ensure a safe and fun week of camp. The date for the assemssment test is posted on the website as well as the test required.
